ThermaFlight Drone Services LLC is owned and operated by Jeremy Banfield with support from his family.  Jeremy has been flying drones for over 5 years and has logged 1000's of hours "behind the sticks".  His interest in drones started almost a decade ago and has grown as drone technology has evolved and the utility of drones has become broader.  Originally from western NY, Jeremy has lived in the Dubois area since 2013 and loves the northern Pennsylvania landscape and the community here.

Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Fisheries and Wildlife Management from Michigan State University as well as a Master of Science Degree in Ecology from the University of Alberta.  Jeremy currently works as a wildlife biologist.

Jeremy is also a veteran of the US Coast Guard, serving 4 years active duty as a machinery technician from 2001-2005.

Prior to moving to PA in 2013, Jeremy lived and worked in several parts of the United States and Canada including, Alaska, Virginia, Michigan, Alberta (Canada) and Montana.  He currently lives just outside Dubois, PA with his wife, two children, and several pets (dog, chickens, rabbits, etc.).  Outside of work he enjoys hiking, hunting, and home improvement projects.
